Dr. Ches Heredia, M.D.

Medical Director and Head Ophthalmologist

Dr. Ches Heredia studied at the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and at St. Luke’s Institute of Ophthalmology. Today, he is one of our founders and our Head Ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience under his belt in Cataract Removal and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Ricky Aranzamendez, M.D.

Chief Operations Officer

Previously a commissioned officer for the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Dr. Ricky also has an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology, and fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons. All in all, Dr. Ricky has 18 years of experience in Cataract and Refractive Surgery and looks forward to improving the lives of his fellow Filipinos, one eye at a time.

Dra. Genevieve Pantig-De Jesus, M.D.

Ophthalmologist, Low Vision Evaluation and Rehabilitation

Dra. Genevieve completed her ophthalmology training at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City and then went on to study Low Vision Evaluation and Rehabilitation at Lighthouse International in New York and California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Today, she has 22 years of experience in her field and is an active consultant with our team.

Dr. Teodoro Arcenas III, MD

Ophthalmologist, Refractive Surgery

Dr. Teodoro completed his ophthalmology residency at the Institute of Ophthalmology in St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City. Today, he has 12 years of experience in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Victor Michael “Mike” Muñoz, MD

Ophthalmologist, Refractive Surgery

Dr. Mike completed his Oculoplastics fellowship training and Laser Refractive Surgery training at the National University Hospital in Singapore. Mike brings to Borough Lasik Center 15 years of experience in refractive surgery and is an active consultant with our resident team.

Dr. Gary Bunagan, MD

Oculoplastic Surgery, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery

Studying medicine at University of Santo Tomas and Ophthalmology at St. Lukes’s Medical Center, Dr. Gary brings 15 years of experience locally and abroad to the BLC team. A specialist in Oculoplastic Surgery, Dr. Gary is also an expert in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Crisostomo “Jun” Serrano, Jr., MD

Ophthalmologist, Refractive Surgery

Dr. Jun completed his medical education at UP College of Medicine and then went on to conduct his ophthalmology training at the UP-PGH Medical Center. Since then, he has been performing Refractive Cataract Surgery with IOL implantation and transforming visions for 27 years.

Dr. Jun completed his residency training at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City as Chief Resident. Today he has over 7 years of experience in refractive surgery and was also treated for Presbyopia with the PresbyMAX at Borough Lasik Center. Aside from being an ophthalmologist, Dr. Jun is also an ISO Coordinator for Clinics Mary Mediatrix Medical Center.
